Full House Soft Washing $199
Any House up to 2000 sq ft. Includes:
- Washing of the full exterior using our Soft Pressure System.
- Pressure washing exterior of the gutters, soffit, fascia, and downspouts (oxidation may not remove completely).
- Pressure washing lightly the exterior windows, shutters & all trim work.
- Pressure wash garage doors, entry doors patio doors to remove any residual dirt.

- We will clean your gutters by hand and blowers, bagging & removing the debris from the premises.
- Remove the debris from the roof, eaves, and premises.
- Flush full gutter system with water to ensure proper drainage and check for leaks to the corners, seams, outlets or end caps. (weather permitting)
- Tack back all loose nails.
- Check and complete any minor repairs. Includes any repairs we can complete utilizing your existing hardware.
- Complete a proper maintenance evaluation report. We will provide you with a copy of the report which includes a checklist of the work completed with a written assessment of your full roof, gutter, & downspout systems.
